Understanding wellness & my idea of wellness
Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual’s potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being.
These six dimensions highlight important components of wellness. Take time to explore your own level of wellness and see if you have gotten “your dose of wellness” today!
Ok so now that I have defined wellness and well-being I like that, because know I know at the back of my mind that is what I’ve always been trying to achieve and is my main goal. My dream lifestyle focused on wellness.
Then you can truly be happy, enjoy and get the most out of what life has to offer.
It reminds me of when we are children, we are free, happy, we do not create problems, we are our true selves and then people change us…
I want to be incredibly happy and to be like a child but for the rest of my life. Its great to feel confident and to not give a care in the world about what other people think and just to do what you love.

For me I want to be in the location I love which would be a tropical, sunny place like Australia or Hawaii. A beautiful house that I love and things I love (not too cluttered and hoarded). With beautiful friends and when I say beautiful I don’t just mean that on their outside looks, I mean it in the way on their outlook on life, their personalities and how they uplift me and our connection and so it goes on. With my friends we can act like socialites. Family is important, I will cherish that and have a great family link whether thats with my inner circle of siblings and parents or my own children and husband or just family in general. I want a job (preferably with good pay) I enjoy and love and don’t regret, I just have to remember sometimes there will be those down days which make the good days even better.
I want to be healthy from the inside out. Eating nutritious foods to fuel my body and make it glow, smoothies are so tasty. Drink plenty of water- being 2l a day at least. Sleeping for 8 hours a day- beauty sleep really lives up to its name. Exercise for at least 5 days a week, it’s not actually a punishment… no. Exercise is fun- just put some music on and dance away or go surf, ski, play tennis, swim, gym, walk and so it goes on.
Make sure I am always happy within myself mentally, I might need to have chats with friends, see a therapist or to write it down to let it out about the issue thats caused.
On some days you simply may just need to be by yourself and enjoy that bubble bath in candle light with music.
To be brilliantly organised as the a a good key to life. No joke.
I also think its a great idea to have some inspiration/positivity card around so when you need one you can open to it help be more positive. To be aware of good skincare/beauty products and to try use natural/organic products, not to be putting awful chemicals on my skin.
There are so many things in total for good wellness but just always try your best and enjoy life.
I can see myself trying to aim for more slowly but it is a journey/lifestyle like perhaps change of hair or better fashion, change things that I might do that could be improved. “life is a climb but the view is great.”
